 An eventful five-day fall break was followed by an intense two-day week of midterms. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that professors who wait to give their midterms until after the fall break have a special place in hell reserved for them, like a post I saw on NYU Secrets did, because I’m not that dramatic.

But after I walked out of my French final this afternoon I felt like a new person. The rain had stopped and the sun was shining–literally and figuratively. And now it’s the glorious weekend, I’m already halfway through the semester, and Emily is coming to explore NYC with me!
